The working speed on Performance Test of recent Japanese youngsters has become slower by ca.15% than the older generations'. Also very wide differences of Performance Test results are observed depend on countries or regions. Those observations suggest the importance of life style, education on the capability of performance.
ICC Performance Test measures assigned figure spotting speed and the accuracy. The performance test results are analysed in terms of personality. The test results on Latin Americans are shown in the table below.
Poor performers are imaginative or impulsive people, and hypocritic people gets good at the performance test. The results are quite convincible. For the case of Japanese, however, such relations are not found at all.
This might be related to so called Reward Forecast Systems in Brain;Japanese are longer espective, and Latins are shorter, and the short or long may be affected by education, life style or social customs, albeit a only speculation so far. Substantial number of Latinas gave up and unfinish the five minutes test, and this never happened among Japanese and Spanish(Catalans).
Generally those who get good preformance test are good at knowledge or achievement tests. And higher educated shows better results at ICC Performance Test.
Thus the differences of educational backgrounds for Japanese (vocational school),Spanish(college) and Latinas (construction workers) may be one factor besides the cultural environments: Interesting but complicated phenomena between Personality, Education and Performance.

It is found that there is very sharp contrast in masculinity and femininity of older generation educated before the World Wor II to the younger generations.
Before World War II, there was no reliable test on personality.
Air Force of Japan had relied on even palmistry and physiognomyto select
their pilots. During this period of 1920-40, odd offers for finding personality
were presented as
"Blood type defines personality" by T.Furukawa
"Uchida Kraeppeline Test(UKT)" by Y.Uchida: Delusive mixed-up Performance test
with Personality test. A long history but prctically no proof, a shame of Japan.
Some idiots still use UKT at entrance examination and hiring employees in Japan!
We could not validate UKT by comparing of UKT results on the two different groups
at entrance examinations, while our test got several interesting findings in the
same groups as mentioned in above sections. Compared groups are
(1):Recommended and not recommended by high school teachers.
(2):High scorers and low scorers at the test on fundamental knowledge.
This lousy UKT seems still be used in Japan Railway companies, thus caused that
terrible derailing accident of 107 deaths in April,2005 by a reckless train operator
whose problems could not be found by that criminal UKT.
Construction Firm:Using the test sheets,we can select right applicants with great confidence. Honored by the Ministry of Labor for outstanding safe records. Manufacturing Firm:Employ only those who clear the minimum score at Performance Test, even if they give very good impression at interview. Good results. Software House:Over a decade experiences result as: Performance Test:Programming speed doubled and System Enginnering speed several times up by eliminating slow and reckless persons. Creativity Test:Even high RAT scorers did poor performance if they are non-differential "Smart is not enough." Thus the differential term is very important to get real things done. Personality Test:Human relations are key factor for computer engineers. Too many "?" answerers are poor performers.
Conclusion:"The low scoreres are non of useful", this is the conclusion with absolute confidence after many years observations. Think Tank:Have found the low scorers at the Creativity Test can't prepare own work schedules or reports. The Performance Test is useful to check the key capabilities for complicated jobs as well as simple routine work. Good tool to find concentration, reckless or pressure durability.
